Large fabulous swimming pool measuring 5 x 12 meters ( surrounded by hardwood deck & sun beds) is situated at front of villa and overlooks the Aegean sea till Delos.

Two outside dining areas; one shaded which connects with barbecue area and kitchen.

Other dining table in stone is other side of sitting area. Separate pool bar.

Wonderful sense of space : villa is surrounded by patios on 3 sides & panoramc sea views.

House built on 2 floors with large nicely furnished living room with Cycladic style built-in sofas, open fire place, satellite colour TV , stereo music & CD player, ADSL internet connection; connects with large dining area.

Plenty of wonderful details as lovely mirrors & lighting, carved marble.

Open-plan fully -equipped kitchen behind a large bar offers: stove with oven/dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge with freezer and all kitchen utensils and equipment (coffee maker, toaster, etc.)


There are 2 double-bed bedrooms, each with own en suite bathroom with shower.

Upper floor

The master bedroom has iron double-bed and if needed extra single bed.
